The Chrysler three hundred was a proud and respected auto in the 1950s, however it dropped into anonymity in the 60s and then was not heard about in the auto landscape for no less than thirty years. The Chrysler three hundred returns and is easily ‘the best returning-to-glory car.’ With its special styling, spacious interiors and robust performance capacities, it’s become a well-liked choice for buyers in the larges sedan segment. But now, it has returned as the Chrysler 300C Luxury Sedan. The 2008 Chrysler 300C luxury sedan is little doubt a daunting car. Look within perhaps Chrysler’s best choice will come from looking in the organisation of
Jeep Dealers. Fiat would go through the cost of distending its midsized sedan platform, a very dear expense at that. Yet, being one of the few models offering rear wheel drive could give the new Chrysler models a major selling advantage if Chrysler exploits that niche in the correct way. Especially, the LX platform underpinning the Chrysler 300C and Dodge Charger fullsize sedans might be shortened to power the medium sized models. But he needs to be different if he is to achieve success in making feasible changes. Is he satisfactorily flexible to become the transformational leader that Chrysler so hopelessly wants or will he ignore Chrysler’s coarse ride during the last 10 years, grab the reins, forget the cultural differences between it and
CHrysler Dealers, and simply repeat history? Is he able to be troublesome on the difficulties but at the same time reanimate morale and make a project-based environment that incentivizes not divides its project groups? Or, will he be the third in a lot of troublesome Bosses and go on with the thrashings till the morale at Chrysler improves?
